About the warranty Policy:

  1. zimex fze warranty policy helps you stay covered in case of defects in material, design and workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products and in instances where we are considered the seller, a twelve (12) months warranty will be provided for the eligible items purchased for all the buyers within UAE. In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  2. Excluding Apple products (Accessories warranty: 1 year), other electronics device accessories are subject to six (6) months warranty starting from the product purchase date.
  3. Warranty repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers. In instances where products are bought through a seller that is not us, the terms of the respective seller’s warranty will apply.
  4. The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and validate the warranty period to benefit from warranty services.
  5. The warranty repair period is twenty-one (21) working days for the units covered under the warranty from the date of picking the product from the customer until dispatched.
  6. Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.
  7. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer.
  8. If your item can’t be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will issue a replacement (from the same seller) or, if a replacement isn’t available, you will be refunded in full.
  9. To avail of warranty services if a defect occurs in your product within the valid warranty period, you can raise the request through your zimex fze account. zimex fze warranty team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and troubleshooting followed by pictures of the product from all angles along with IMEI/Serial number.

Service Policy:

  1. Personal Data and information on devices are the responsibility of customers and customers are advised to make back-ups for their data, switch off FMI, remove lock/password prior to servicing the device.
  2. The time required to obtain device information or customer approval is not included within the Turn Around Time (TAT) of the repair process.
  3. By submitting your item for repair, you consent to us and the repairer using your contact details in this way only as required in connection with the repair service.
  4. The customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
  5. Screen protectors should be removed by the customer to serve the devise.
  6. The warranty will not be covered under the below conditions:
    1. Defect or damage is the result of the customer misuse and non-abidance by the instructions for use.
    2. Liquid spill on product.
    3. Product having un-authorized repairs.

Free Pickup and Delivery Policy:

  1. All the items covered by warranty are free shipping.
  2. zimex fze is not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping to our warehouse, please make sure the item is packed in its original box or wrapped safely.
  3. The customer must provide the corresponding accessories, product, warranty to the courier company during the pickup (it includes earphone, battery, charge carrier).

ZIMEX FZE has an easy to process, customer friendly refund policy 

 a) I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

b) I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 15 day returns

 c) I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?

In case of change of mind, before shipping your order, just call us to cancel your order or you can cancel it from your zimexdubai account and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied to the same credit card/debit card which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 15 days to return them, with the below terms and condition applied:

The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box)

In cases, of clothing & fashion orders, the original tags and seal be present along with the original packaging

 d) I made a transaction via credit card. How can I receive a refund?

In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card automatically which will reflect in your card within 7-14 business days.

if you cancel the order, products which are shipped but not delivered, you will receive a full refund as zimexdubai store credits within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

For delivered products, wherever the return reason is met as per zimexdubai return policy and post inspection by our team, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) as your zimexdubai store credits within 24 hours. Upon request, we can arrange for a transfer back to your credit/debit card. The amount may take up to 30 days to reflect in your card statement, depending upon the issuing bank.

You can request to transfer zimexdubai wallet credits back to the debit/credit card or bank account within 180 days/6 months of the order date.

e) I made a transaction via cash on delivery. How can I receive a refund?

If you paid by cash/card on delivery, we will issue a refund to your zimexdubai store credits. From the zimexdubai store credits, you can either place new order or transfer the credits to your bank account
