ZimexDubai is a Zimbabwean online retail business that has been serving customers across Zimbabwe and the wider southern African region since 2016. We specialise in genuine, sealed-in-box consumer electronics — smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, home appliances, and power equipment — sourced from authorised distributors in the United Arab Emirates and delivered to your address in Zimbabwe.
Our purpose is simple: make it safe and straightforward for Zimbabweans to buy real, manufacturer-warranted devices online, without the risks that have historically dogged cross-border electronics shopping — counterfeit goods, no recourse if a device fails, opaque pricing, and unreachable sellers.
What we sell
Our online catalog currently focuses on consumer electronics — smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, TVs, audio equipment, power stations, and small home appliances — from the brands Zimbabweans actually use every day: Apple, Samsung, Honor, Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, OPPO, Infinix, Tecno, Realme, Lenovo, HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Sony, JBL, Anker, Ugreen, Bose, Hisense, LG, TCL, EcoFlow, Bluetti, and more. Every item is brand-new, sealed, with manufacturer-verified IMEI or serial number shared with the buyer before dispatch.
For fashion, beauty, and baby products that aren't yet listed on this website, please contact us directly on WhatsApp — we can source from the same authorised UAE distributors and quote delivery to Harare on request.
How we work
- You order online. Place the order on zimexdubai.com or via WhatsApp. We confirm stock and pricing within working hours.
- We dispatch from Dubai. Devices fly out on the next available Dubai–Harare flight (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays — 12:00 GST cut-off the day before).
- Customs clears in Harare. ZimexDubai handles customs and any applicable duties before final-mile delivery.
- Local courier delivers to your door. Same-day in many parts of Harare; 3–5 days to most other Zimbabwean cities. See our shipping policy for full timing.
- You inspect and pay. Verify the IMEI, power on the device, and either complete payment (EcoCash, OneMoney, card, PayPal) or hand cash to the courier. If the device is faulty on arrival, reject it on the spot — no charge.
Where we are based
ZimexDubai is operated from 51 3rd Avenue, Harare, Zimbabwe, with sourcing operations in the United Arab Emirates that connect us to authorised regional distributors. Warranty servicing happens locally at our Harare premises — we do not ship your device overseas if it needs repair. All customer communication, support, and physical handovers are based in Zimbabwe.
Our warranty promise
Every device sold by ZimexDubai carries a 12-month local warranty for manufacturing defects. If your device develops a covered fault within that period, we repair or replace it at no charge. Read the full warranty policy.
What makes us different in Zimbabwe
- IMEI verification before dispatch. Every phone's 15-digit IMEI is shared on WhatsApp before payment so you can verify authenticity on the manufacturer's database or third-party tools like imeicheck.com.
- Cash on delivery option. Pay only when the device is in your hands. We accept USD cash from the courier as our preferred payment for first-time customers.
- Local warranty service. No shipping the device abroad for repair — defects are handled in Harare.
- Verified business operating since 2016. Nine years of trade history with Zimbabwean customers, not a fly-by-night dropshipper.

Our promise on misrepresentation
ZimexDubai operates in full compliance with Zimbabwe's Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 14:14). We do not engage in misleading advertising, false reviews, deceptive pricing, or undisclosed-condition sales. Every product page states whether the device is new (we currently only sell new sealed devices), discloses the regional variant (Middle East / Global / EU / US), and lists the manufacturer's stated warranty terms in addition to our local warranty.
