- Can I collect from a Harare office instead of home delivery?
- Yes — pick a public meeting point on WhatsApp (Sam Levy's Village, Eastgate, OK Borrowdale, or a fuel station near your office) and we'll meet the courier there. Free, same time window.
- How do I pay in Harare?
- EcoCash and OneMoney work nationwide. For Harare specifically we also accept ZIPIT bank transfer from Stanbic, CBZ, FBC, Nedbank and CABS. Cash on delivery in USD is the most common option for first-time buyers.
- Can I see and inspect the device before paying?
