To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your order number (format ZD-YYYYMM-NNNN) if you have one.
  • The name on the order if it differs from yours (parents ordering for students, family ordering on someone's behalf).
  • The device IMEI or serial for warranty queries.
  • A short description of the issue and, where relevant, a photo or video on WhatsApp.

Bulk and corporate orders

For tenders, NGOs, schools, churches, mining operations, or any procurement of more than 5 devices, please email orders@zimexdubai.com with the model list and delivery city. We issue commercial invoices and can arrange volume discounts and delivery scheduling.
