EcoCash, OneMoney, Visa and Mastercard via Paynow or Pesepay, PayPal for international protection, or cash on delivery. Prices are in USD; ZWG equivalent is shown at the official rate.

Are the devices new and genuine?

Every device is sealed, brand-new and sourced from authorised distributors. We share the IMEI on WhatsApp before dispatch so you can verify authenticity on the manufacturer's site or imeicheck.com.

What warranty do you offer?

12-month local warranty serviced in Harare. Manufacturer defects are repaired or replaced at no cost. Cosmetic damage and water damage are excluded.

Can I return an item if it's faulty?

Yes. Zimbabwe's Consumer Protection Act gives you 7 days to return a defective device for repair, replacement or refund. The buyer pays return shipping; ZimexDubai covers replacement shipping.
